Tony Chen
Owner & Managing Director
Tony has been a successful business man and property developer. After graduated from University, Tony has started his own import/retail chain business. During the GFC, Tony saw the opportunity in the property sector. He has since started doing his own development and never stopped. Tony has been involved in all kinds of different projects, from small subdivision, terrace houses to large greenfield subdivisions. Tony’s experiences in the property industry has been highly regarded, and he has been a mentor for a lot of project managers new to the industry.
Rain Xiao
Senior Project Manager
Rain holds a New Zealand Diploma in Construction and brings over five years of hands-on experience in construction and site management. He has managed major residential developments, including the 80-home project at 135 Grove Road, Papakura, and has extensive experience in large-scale subdivision projects and complex construction delivery
Darren Shen
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Darren brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. As a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) in New Zealand, he has been with CLOT HOMES for more than 10 years and has contributed to the construction of a wide range of residential homes.
Eddie Wang
Marketing officer
Eddie holds a Bachelor of Business and a Master’s degree in Management, with a strong focus on digital marketing and strategic planning. Originally from China, he also brings experience in New Zealand’s property rental and management sector. Beyond his professional work, Eddie is an active content creator with a growing online following.
Jack Liu
Senior project Manager
Jack holds a New Zealand Diploma in Construction Management and brings eight years of hands-on experience in the local building industry. He has managed numerous residential projects across West Auckland, South Auckland, and the North Shore, with particular expertise in small-site development and delivering practical, well-coordinated construction outcomes.
Charlie Chen
Senior project Manager
Charlie holds a Bachelor in Construction Management and a Bachelor in Quantity Surveying, and is also a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP Site 2). With eight years of construction and site management experience, his strong academic background and practical understanding of site geology give him particular expertise in coastal residential development, subdivision projects, and complex site conditions.
Vanessa Yu
Senior Quality Surveyor
Vanessa holds a New Zealand Diploma in Construction (Quantity Surveying) and is a MNZIQS. Since arriving in New Zealand in 2017, she has built her career in the local construction industry through both study and hands-on experience. She has worked as a Quantity Surveyor for several well-established building companies, developing strong expertise in cost planning, estimating, and project financial management.
Rita Wu
Senior Quality Surveyor
Rita holds a New Zealand Bachelor’s degree in Construction Economics (QS) and is a Member of NZIQS. With over 10 years of experience in New Zealand’s construction industry, she has built strong and practical local expertise. She specialises in cost estimating and quantity surveying for subdivisions, residential developments, luxury homes, and rural properties, with a solid understanding of New Zealand construction requirements and project delivery.
Molly Xue
Finance Manager
Molly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Auckland University of Technology (AUT). With several years of solid industry experience, she is highly responsible, detail-oriented, and brings a careful and professional approach to her work.
Summer Chi
Office Manager/Interior Designer
Summer is a qualified Interior Designer with CBDA (China Building Decoration Association) and IRIDA (International Registration Interior Designer Association). With many years of industry experience, she brings strong design expertise, practical knowledge, and a professional approach to every project.

Our four-legged security officer is always on duty. Responsible for guarding the house, monitoring any suspicious activity, and alerting us whenever someone approaches. No intruders get past this professional security team member!
